To Live

Three months after the earthquake. I captured the avidity of young people who decided to live strongly in Onagawa. The town was full of rubbles and the recovery seemed far away. Nevertheless, there were people who opened business at makeshift stores, a high school girl volunteered to work as a disc jockey to help the town folks despite loosing her mother, a fishmonger happy of the reopening of fish market, a couple opening a street stall vegetable store, a couple making strenuous effort to raise the new born child: they are doing whatever they can do to survive and inherit the life that once had existed.
